1. Download 'Digitail - Smarter Pet Care' from the app/android store
2. Create an account on the app with both you and your pet's details
3. Click on your account
4. Click explore providers
5. Scan nametag and scan the image to the left
6. Agree to the registration and you will be registered with Jed and Friend's Veterinary Surgery
